Moving in and through the discomfort of this dialogue serves to undo historical generational bias, shift organizational culture, and align our values with our actions. Let’s prioritize the conversation.

We work at the intersection of self-awareness and implicit bias to support organizations as they explore and shift limiting and unconscious beliefs. By guiding groups to enrich their relationship with themselves, people develop a deep understanding of their own identity, the racist historical context by which we all have been conditioned; all necessary for more authentic growth.

Individuals are supported to confront long-held and intensely rooted assumptions about race and to make real changes in their behavior that impact professional, personal and social relationships. This work has allowed me to partner with executive leaders, individuals and board members of national organizations to create inner transformation that ripples into relational, institutional and cultural growth.
